Sundale Nursing Home has a long-standing history of providing a "tradition of caring." Since 1958, our non-profit, free-standing organization has focused on providing quality care, using an interdisciplinary approach. Sundale was the first long-term care facility in Monongalia County and is proud of its county and is proud of its county heritage. Our current 120 bed facility, providing both skilled and intermediate care, was erected in 1983. Our team goal at Sundale is to increase or maintain the functional capability of our residents to improve their quality of life. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Private Health Insurances and Private Pay.
